Answer Sheet Generator

Periodic examination is the most popular way of assessing student's learning. Although active learning has been widely encouraged in both basic and higher education, educators and educational institutions still use examinations that focus on content (i.e. standardize tests, or multiple choice type)to measure students learning. The task of preparing a multiple choice tests proves to be a tough job for educators. That's why, designing an easy way to check these types of exam is one thing we should consider. In my classes, I usually use an answer sheet that will reduce the time of checking. I use the bubble test form.

(This is already being used by so many teachers but creating the test form is exhausting if you don't have a ready form.) So I thought of sharing the Bubble Test Form Generator to you. The generator will let you define the type of multiple choice test that you have in your exam and the number of items. It also gives you the luxury to choose how the answer sheet would look like and other exciting feature. Click here to generate your answer sheet.
